1. Is Scrim Inc. Travel Group a Travel Tour?

Scrim Inc. Travel Group as the name implies organize travel for a group of people. We do all the planning and calling for reservations for the trip. We also act as tour coordinator to make sure that all trip run smoothly. To sum it up, Scrim Inc. Travel Groups take all the ardous part of travelling so that all you have to worry is yourself and you backpack.

2. How to register for a trip?

Registration and booking are done online. Visit www.scriminctravel.blogpsot.com, choose the trip that you want and click "Book Now". Fill in the fields, and choose payment method.

3. I already book a trip, what now?

Once registration has been made, we will contact you back thru email to give you the payment details whether it's via Paypal or BPI Bank transfer.

4. When should I register/book for travel?

The general rule will be the earliest the better not less than two weeks before schedule of trip. Also keep in mind that full payments and booking must be completed not less than two weeks.

5. Can I reserve over the phone?

We entertain over the phone inquiry and reservation, though a formal registration form on the site must still be filled up within a.

6. Can we pay on the day of the trip?

Full payments need to be finalized two weeks before the scheduled trip to facilitate smooth transaction with transportation, accommodations and other third party services that needed to be paid.

7. Can I pay using my credit card?

We can facilitate credit card payments via Paypal. Please visit their site for further information.

8. How will the rooms/tent be assigned?

Most of our accomodation are on group sharing, triple, quadriple, etc. If you are a joining alone we will assign you with other solo traveler or coordinator of the same gender, or other small group. If you want a separate room, an additional fee should be paid and is subject for availability.

9. Do you have trip scheduled on weekdays?

Most of our trips are done during weekend to accommodate working participant. Although in seldom cases we schedule trip on weekdays for destination we know inaccessible on weekends.

10. Do you have discount on group registration?

Price are fixed whether for group or solo booking. You may request for custom tour for your group and we can discuss quotation upon request.

11. Can I bring my pets?

Pets are not allowed on trip. The coordinator or driver has the right to decline any participant who will insist on bringing their pets.

12. Can children join the trip?

Depending on type of trip, children not less than 3 years old maybe allowed to participate, though booking price is the same as adult. Keep in mind that it's the guardian's responsibility to look after a minor. For inquiry regarding this you may contact our office.

13. Are seats pre-assigned?

Seating arrangement are determined by group association. Scrim Inc. Travel Groups try its best to make sure groups are seated together. Front seats are reserved for the travel coordinator.

14. How many participant are there in a group?

Depending on destination and type of trip, minimum group would always be ten participants, though maximum would be 14, 28, 42 in which divided to 14 each van.

15. How will we know the assembly location and vehicle?

The exact location and vehicle information will be emailed with the Travel Primer days before scheduled trip. Our travel coordinator also wears a Scrim Inc. Travel shirt so you can easily distinguish and approach them.

16. What if we want to stay extra night before/after the tour?

We can assist you in facilitating extension of stay on the same facility, though payments for extra night will be charge separately.

17. What kind of clothing should I wear, what are things I need to bring?

Clothing depends on type of trip and will be indicated on the primer that will be sent via email. Things to bring is also listed on this Travel Primer. We also restrict each participant to bring 1 baggage each. This is for the participant's comfort and convenience as well.

18. How many stopover does the bus/van has?

Stopover depends on bus lines or van, but participants will be brief about stopover by our travel coordinator prior to departure. In some cases, Executive Coach buses travel without stopover though bathroom and snacks are available inside the vehicle.

19. Is your office open on weekends?

Yes, our office our open Monday to Saturday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, though you can send us email and SMS inquiry anytime and we will reply as soon as we can within 24 hours.

20. Who can join the trip?

Anyone can join the trip as long as they meet the requirements stated on the Terms and Agreement. Lone participant must be 18 years and above. 18 years old and below not less then 3 years old must be accompanied by a guardian. Must be considered physically fit. Elders must be considered physically fit and must be assisted. The general rule is to always make sure that participant mustbe able to carry out activities entailed with the trip or destination.
