1. INTRODUCTION

Scrim Inc. Travel Co., (herein after referred as “Scrim Inc. Travel”, “We”, “Our”) including subsidiaries and affiliates provide you, its Services (herein after referred as "Website", “Tour”) under the following conditions.

Please read the following terms carefully. If you do not agree to the following Terms & Conditions you may not enter or use this Website. If you continue to browse and use this Website or register on Our Tour you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions, which together with our privacy policy governs Scrim Inc. Travel and its use by you in relation to this Website and Tour.

2. INFORMATION ON WEBSITE

While every effort is made to update the information contained on this Website, neither Scrim Inc. Travel nor any third party or data or content provider make any representations or warranties, whether express, implied in law or residual, as to the sequence, accuracy, completeness or reliability of information, opinions, any pricing information, research information, data and/or content contained on the Website (including but not limited to any information which may be provided by any third party or data or content providers) and shall not be bound in any manner by any information contained on the Website. Scrim Inc. Travel reserves the right at any time to change or discontinue without notice, any aspect or feature of this Website. No information shall be construed as advice and information is offered for information purposes only and is not intended for trading purposes. You and your company rely on the information contained on this Website at your own risk. If you find an error or omission at this site, please let us know.

3. TRADEMARKS

The trade marks, names, logos and service marks (collectively "trademarks") displayed on this Website are all registered and unregistered trademarks of Scrim Inc. Travel. Nothing contained on this Website should be construed as granting any license or right to use any trade mark without the prior written permission of Scrim Inc. Travel.

4. SLOT STATUS & REGISTRATION

“Slot/s” are the number of participants that can or may join the Tour. A maximum of 14 Slots are offered per tour and a minimum of 10 Slots must be filled to proceed with Tour. Our Slots are updated in real time.

A Slot is considered booked or filled once a participant completes registration and made partial or full payment. In cases where a Tour status indicates “Fully Booked,” Scrim Inc. Travel may decide to provide new slots should enough number of participants sign up.  Interested participants are encouraged to call the Scrim Inc. Travel Office to inquire on opening of slots.

5. PAYMENT

Participants who register for a Tour months before the schedule are required to pay at least an initial partial payment of P1,000 (one thousand pesos) or as indicated on your registration confirmation. The Full payment must be made and be completed at least two weeks before the schedule.

Participants who register for a trip less than a month before the schedule are required to make a full payment of the amount indicated per Tour.

Participants who do not pay in full during the prescribed time frame shall forfeit their slots. Participants shall be contacted by Scrim Inc. Travel via email; should the participant fail to issue a response initial payments shall also be forfeited.

6. CANCELATION, TRANSFER & RE-SCHEDULE

The following guidelines shall be adopted should a participant decide to cancel his/her booking or slot.

An amount of P500 will be deducted from the initial payment for cancelation made months to two (2) weeks before schedule of Tour. All other payments will also be returned.

Two (2) weeks or less before the schedule of a trip; Initial payment will no longer be subject for refund and will be automatically converted into Scrim Inc. Travel credit and so as all other payment made.

No refunds and No credits will be issued for cancelation made 5 working days or less. Participant has the option to transfer slot and payment to his/her proxy.

Registered participants can ask for transfer to another trip or re-schedule of the same trip but in accordance with the Cancellation Policies. Under circumstances, a minimum amount of P500 will be charged for the transfer. This charge shall cover all service fees that are already rendered and can no longer be refunded.

All payments are transferable to other group members already registered but cancellation charges may still apply.

All payments are non-refundable but transferrable to your proxy for the same registered trip without any charges, such transfer must be notified with Scrim Inc. Travel Office one 24 hours before schedule of Tour.

Payments made are only refundable if we cancel due to weather issues or fortuitous events.

7. SCRIM INC. TRAVEL CREDIT

Participants with Scrim Inc. Travel Credits may use their credits within 90 calendar days after the start of the cancelled trip. Credits that are not used within the prescribed time frame shall be forfeited. In case, the trip is cancelled in which the participant is supposed to use their Scrim Inc. Travel Credit, a transfer or refund shall be process with corresponding deduction for fees and charges.

8. REFUND

 Payments are refunded in full if Tour is cancelled due to weather and any other circumstances beyond our control. The following guidelines shall be adopted in such cases.

When trip is ongoing and cancelled on the day, Scrim Inc. Travel will issue a refund with deductions for third party services already been paid or used.  When a specific activity with admission/ service fee is cancelled during a trip, Scrim Inc. Travel shall return actual contracted rate of said activity.

Scrim Inc. Travel shall not issue a refund where a participant decides, at the last minute, to decline a scheduled activity. Activities are all arranged in advance.

Scrim Inc. Travel has the right to postponed schedule if number of Slots filled falls below required minimum. Payments made can credited for future trips or refunded.

Refund will be process within 72 hours after the cancelled trip.

9. LIABILITY AND LIMITATIONS

A waiver is required by Scrim Inc. Travel to be read and signed by the participant upon registration that states the following:

Acknowledgement that caving/trekking/surfing/island hopping/snorkeling and other extreme activities entails known and unanticipated risks which could result to accidents and injuries that can be caused by weather conditions, unpredictable terrain, force of nature and other unforeseen elements.

Agreement to assume voluntary participation in spite of risks on activities thru registration and or signed waiver hold harmless Scrim Inc. Travel from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action which are in any way connected with your voluntary participation. Scrim Inc. Travel shall not be liable for any accidents that will happen to the participant throughout the trip. We shall not be liable for any pregnant, disabled, elders, and/or minors who join the trip. They need to be supervised and assisted by their own trusted company and/or guardian.

10. PRIVACY POLICY

Scrim Inc. Travel obtains identifiable information to its participants necessary for identification and payment processing. Should these information be invalid or false, Scrim Inc. Travel will not be liable.

Scrim Inc. Travel will not disclose any information to anyone unless necessary.

11. REVISION AND CHANGES
Scrim Inc. Travel holds the right to make changes and update with the Terms and Condition stated here in after without prior notice. Such changes will be posted in this Website and will take effect from date of posting and forward, not retroactive.
